# Sketchfab Standard license — environment model

The model is used as part of the Cờ Tướng game. It is not offered, sold, or
licensed as a standalone asset.

Key restrictions from the official agreement:

- §2.1 grants a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, worldwide,
  revocable, paid, Single-Seat license to reproduce the Licensed Material.
- §2.2(b) and §2.2(h) prohibit selling, licensing, distributing, or making the
  Licensed Material available as a stand-alone file or in a way that allows
  third parties to use, download, extract, or access it as a stand-alone file.
- §2.2(c) prohibits distributing the Licensee Work if it is so similar to the
  original that it cannot qualify as an original work, or if its primary value
  lies with the Licensed Material itself.
- §2.7 requires permitted websites to post terms prohibiting republication,
  retransmission, reproduction, or other use of the Licensed Material as a
  stand-alone file.
- §3.2 requires credit where technically feasible, substantially in the form
  “[Video/Imagery] supplied by [Licensor]”.

The **public web build omits this model**. The all-model/private build includes
it only inside the game and is not intended for public hosting unless the
project has the appropriate entitlement. Do not expose the model file as a
downloadable asset or a stand-alone model pack.
